Upgrade Issues

    I keep getting the following error when I try to upgrade or install widgets etc. I have installed WordPress via Fantastico on my webserver.

    Downloading update from http://ww.wp.xz.cn/wordpress-2.9.2.zip.

    Unpacking the update.

    Could not copy file: /public_html/blog/wp-content/upgrade/wordpress-2.9.2/wordpress/wp-comments-post.php

    Installation Failed

    I’m using the localhost domain plus my FTP username and password.

    Any suggestions?
