Upgrade lost with Pro version

    I’ve upgraded my plug in but I seem to have lost the fact that I’m a pro version user. My settings ask me to upgrade and I’ve lost the feature in my products section of Woo. I’ve deactivated and reactivated, and I’ve cleared my cache and gotten a new Auth key.

    Hi there,

    You need to use your original download link provided in your email and this will enable you to download the latest version of the plugin. Some of the older versions of the pro plugin would show upgrades in wordpress and when you upgrade it will take you to the non pro version which is no good. The new pro versions disable the ability for the non pro version to over-write the pro version.

    Thanks for the response. I don’t see an original email. I downloaded straight from my invoice. When I click that again, the file is dated December 2016 so I don’t think that’s the updated version. Sorry to be a pain but I can’t find any other way that I originally downloaded it and I don’t have an email from Northern Beaches.
