Upgrade Problem

    I had the free version yesterday but upgraded this morning because we have two products and I want to input the amount myself but I cant even get a simple original form to upload. I get a grey button ‘Pay with card’ and it then says : param: card
    when I hit the button. Please help as I need this very urgently. Thanks
