Also – is the $29 a one-time payment or does it need to be paid annually? Thank you

The Core Files Integrity Check is a new feature and I am still testing it in the wild. I found a few problems, for example, if you have s different language of WordPress installed then your readme.html file might not match the Standard version (in English) that I have in my definitions, and the version.php file might have differences in it that don’t need to be fixed.
A one-time donation will give you access to download this feature. However you can always donate more when ever you feel like it 😉

Thank you Eli. I’m always happy to donate to a nice plugin and I’ll definitely donate to yours one way or another. Is there some way to get the automatic definition updates without the BETA for Core Files Integrity Check? I’m not good at fixing problems at my website if I should run into any with BETA. Thank you.

You can always un-check any of the Scan Types, including the Core Files Check. If you should have any problems with it you can also email me for support and I can fix it.
