Upgrade to pro version?

I have installed the free version of the Awesome Weather widget and like what I see. Nice job. I see that there is an option to upgrade to the PRO version and will do so if it will address what I am hoping to do:
My site is a homeowner association site in Florida. I am using the widget to display the current local temperature but would like to add a second instance of the widget underneath the local weather to show the corresponding weather in other parts of the country. Many of our residents are either seasonal (come down in the winter to escape the cold) or have relocated permanently from up north. Therefore I would like this second widget to randomly display the temperature from a predefined list of cities that represent where our residents are from. I would like to build an array of city-id and city-name and have the widget dynamically grab one when the page loads.

Is this possible? Does PRO do this for me?
