Hi folks!

My name is André and I am Brazilian. I’m sorry because my English is not very good.

Let the problem … I have a site using the Membership v. 3.4.4.3 and would like to migrate to version 4, but, simply upgrade does not work because the site stops. How to proceed?

Don’t worry, your English is good 😉

Before the update, please create a full backup of your site.

Download the Membership plugin and upload the plugin using FTP to your wp-content/plugins folder.

Thank Nastia,

About updating the plugin without problems. My difficulty is what comes next. When I perform this update, I lose my settings of protected content and permission groups. This point I do not know what to do 🙁

Can you please check the Pro version usage page about upgrading and make sure to follow all the steps from there and see if the migration is successful after that:
