Upgrading signlev to multi

Hello I am already premium module customer for a single site but I want to upgrade so I can use it multi sites. Can I upgrade by paying the difference from single to multi. Obviously first buying all modules for a single site and then buying all modules again for multi is way too much and seems very unfair.
