• There seems to be a problem with UPI payments in general. These orders are usually never changed to “Processing” status, they are stuck in “Pending Payment” and then get “Cancelled”. What could be the issue and how to fix? Please let me know, thank you

    Hi @dividedsci ,

    Please check with CCAvenue what response they are sending while doing the payment through UPI, if they will share the response data then I check what is the issue.
