i am having similar issue when i try to upload timetable from csv format. two situations i tried
1. tried uploading the csv i created (customized the sample csv format) but it says “is not in 24 hour time format for date: 1/3/2018. you must follow 24hours time format, valid format is HH:MM”
i have created this in 24hr format but still the error prevails.
2. i tried simply upload the sample csv format (the one we download as a sample) without any change and it said “366 rows processed. 3 rows affected”.
i have tried everything i could but still end up here.
i need assistance.

Dear brother,
Your csv file is wrong.
You have to follow the sample csv example and don’t take any column off.
Just update your times and try again.
