upload a reference ZIP archive

    Hi. i am just trying to upload my original WordPress theme i used to install the site in zip format.
    It never uploads !! It just sits there saying uploading please wait, internet is good.
    I am using the original WordPress theme that i purchased although it says archive?

    Can anyone help please.

    Hi!

    1. Check the server error log.
    2. Please be more specific than vague “It never uploads !! It just sits there saying uploading please wait, internet is good.”
