    Ah, I forgot, we have those buttons setup to hide unless you are running on https:// with your site. PayPal requires that those images be behind https:// URLs, so if your site isn’t running that way we don’t show the upload buttons. In that case you can still put in values from a 3rd party SSL image host like http://www.sslpic.com, for example.

    If your site is running on https:// then it shows the upload buttons so that you can use a locally hosted image.
