upload button on profile section not working but when i tried drag the image and drop the section then it working. But click is not working why?

Look in your browser’s web console if you have any JavaScript errors.
Right button click on your mouse, select Inspect then console in the menu.

Try to do Theme/Plugin conflict test.

yes i deactivate all plugins and activate one by one but still on same issue

Enable PHP error logging if the debug will give some more info about this issue.

Read this guide: “How to enable debug logging”

You will probably get a PHP log file with notices and some errors in this file when you do the tests: /wp-content/debug.log

Post the content of this file here in the Forum and we can give you the PHP error explanation. For best formatting use the CODE format.
