Upload error. Data exceeds the maximum allowed size.

I have the pro version, already set up the Maximum Upload Size plugin’s settings and increase the php settings upload_max_filesize, post_max_filesize and max_excecution_time and still not working. I was able to submit the same file using the media library but not using the wp file manager.
