Upload Error Message

Hi,

I have been testing this plugin on my local and its worked well. Not I have uploaded the files to a staging site and I keep getting an error message:
?response=fu-error&errors%5Bfu-error-media%5D%5B0%5D=video-script.txt

The URL of the plugin is:

I just get a couldn’t upload the file.

I’m just testing with small file sizes at the moment due to the restrictions on the server.
