    Hello i want to ask, everytime my customers upload images or files show error “due to security issue, you cannot upload file”

    make sure you don’t have any JS error on your site.

    But, there are some of my customers who get these erros and some don’t get it

    well sometime server speed or loading issue some scripts are not properly loaded. It seems your server has some issue that does not load contents fastly and thus this issue is generated.
