upload file not working!!

    Hi I have a problem with forminator not upload file….! When I send all data via webhook the field of file upload is empty

    update , the file was uploaded but not send the value with webhook integration. The field is empty
    I have try to empty cache, remove cache plugin e something like that. But without success

    How fix?

    Hi @vocmarcello

    Sorry to hear you are having this issue.

    Could you let us know if you are using a Single upload field or Multi upload?

    In case you are using a single, could you try switching it to Multi Upload and see if makes any difference?

    We do have a reported issue on single uploads, a temporary workaround is using the multiple uploads with one file in limit settings. https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#file-upload-field

    I have the same issue with single file upload. Selecting multiple upload worked for me as well. However, when doing the multiple file upload it doesn’t do the filetype exclusions, you can upload and submit any filetype regardless of what the filetype settings are.

    @racody in option field you can select only the filetype that you need

    Did you guys REALY not have time to fix this by now? Multiple file uploads just arrive with empty urls at the webhook, this has been reported all over your forum and support, and for half a year and through a few new versions, you don’t bother fixing this? And you literally mark the thread the resolved?
