My backup files size is 233MB

My specs clearly show this should work but your plugin is saying otherwise.

So, what are my choices? I am hoping this is not way to get me to buy an upgrade 🙂

    Hi Terry,

The upload limit is enforced by your hosting environment (PHP settings, server configuration, security layers), not by our plugin. We provide a detailed guide on how to adjust your server settings to allow larger uploads in the error message.

If you’re unable to change the hosting limits, we offer the Unlimited Extension, which works around server-side limits.

We focus our support on the plugin, its functionality, usage, and known issues. Server configuration (like PHP, Nginx/Apache, firewall rules, etc.) varies between hosts and often requires access and control that only your hosting provider has.

We provide general guidance and documentation, but detailed server-level troubleshooting goes beyond what we can offer as a plugin developer. It’s best handled by your hosting support team or your server system administrator.

I totally understand how to setup php. I am on a vps and have been at this for many years.

If you looked at my images, you can see my upload (and post size) is set to 400MB.

So, there you are telling me about your paid extension. You might want to look at my images, they prove a lot.

    Wishing you the best.

If the browser-based import fails despite high PHP settings, the cause is often elsewhere — e.g. server timeout, web server limits, mod_security, or something environmental beyond PHP config.
The Unlimited Extension isn’t about upselling — it’s a practical solution for cases where server adjustments don’t resolve the issue. We offer it to help users bypass those unpredictable limitations cleanly.

Appreciate the feedback and wishing you all the best too.
