upload not showing up

    Hello,

    After inserting the shortcode in the form, the upload interface is not showing up. I’ve tried disabling some of the plugins also relating to Contact Form 7, no luck. Not using any caching software. WordPress, theme and all plugins are up-to-date… I’m stuck! Wondering if you might be able to tell what the problem is? Thanks!
