Upload not working?

Great plugin!!
I have one issue probably a configuration thing but i hope you can help.
I have a page with two shotcodes:
[fileaway]

[fileup]

with the default settings. The fileaway shows 2 files that is correct.

the fileup doesn’t show the file when i select the correct destination directory and when i upload a file it is shown on the page but is gone after a refresh and is not placed in de directory on the server.

Can you give me a hint where to look in de configuration?
