    Hello everyone,
    I am transferring my website to a new hosting provider and I am having importing problems. The website is not live and I have no other options. The importing stops at around 50%. Thank you.

    Hi

    Could you please try to upload the file via FTP and place it in [WordPress]/wp-content/ai1wm-backups and then from Backups page of the plugin you can click restore. Please try that approach and see if it works on your end. We observed that issue due to network connectivity issues, some uploads may fail, because upload is a first step of import process.

    I have the same issue and did as requested with a 250mb backup sent via ftp.

    Then backupsand then restore and still stuck at “Done preparing blogs”.

    It spins for hours and hours.

    As with the normal upload I can’t stop the import. I have to exit and that crashes the site and I have to reinstall WordPress. I am on my third install of wordpress to try and move the site.

    Open your backup file in http://traktor.servmask.com
    Do you have any mu-plugins?
    If you do, delete them from your website and try to access it again.
