Upload Photo Error – Server responded with 0 code

    I upgraded to the WPForms Pro version to take advantage of the option to upload a photo in the form.

    I’ve been getting lots of feedback from sales leads saying their photos aren’t able to be uploaded.

    I had my staff run tests and it seems Android devices are having difficulty.

    The error message is “This file was not uploaded. Server responded with 0 code”

    Is there a known glitch with certain devices particularly Android? Is there anything that can be done to resolve the issue?

    It seems that you are using the paid version of WPForms. If you have an active license subscription with us, could you please submit a support ticket through the WPForms account dashboard when you have a chance?
