Upload Plugin within a page

    Dear friends,

    there is a plugin which I can include an upload on a given page?

    Example: In my blog I have a page where I can send files and these files already appear on the same page as if it were a file sharing site.

    The order does not make a sharing site but to create a section where it can exchange files, upload and download without having to use passwords.
