    Hello,

    I have a customer (editor role) who tried to upload images in the library, but it didn’t work. It’s strange because in the firewall policies all the logged-in user are on the whitelist.

    I tried to debug ( https://blog.nintechnet.com/ninjafirewall-php-sessions-debugging/ )

    When I tried his login, the “NF” is green and when the customer tried it, his “NF” is red

    The IP address of my customer is : 193.247.119.165

    Can you help me ?

    Can you ask your customer to log out and then log in back again? That will create a new WordPress session and may solve their problem.
