upload stops

Hello, for some reason upload does not work correctly for “heavy” files (7 Mo). It’s very slow and after a while, it stops. There is no problem with the media library upload.

Please check your file upload limit. If it is less than 7(MB), you can’t upload 7(MB) files.

zip with jpg. It used to work but it does no work any more since two monthes. I desactivated my firewall – Ninja Firewall – without any difference.

I’ve sent the file via WeTransfer.

Please deactivate all the plugins except file manager. Then try again.

Sorry. No it does not work. It begins, then stops. It works for small files < 1Mo

Could you please mention the name of the files? File manager will throw error on non latin characters.

It looks perfect. But can’t tell you what is the problem. Did you try file manager on other server uploading the same file?

!’ve tested on another webhoster and, if the upload is going much longer, it stops to the middle of the file.
