Upload Timeout

    On one of my sites the plugin will import the csv successfully but when I try to upload it, it just says:
    Timeout. Please try to upload again.

    This happens even when I download and import the default ILJ template without making changes, how do I fix this?

    I have it on other sites and the same sheet I’m using works fine.

    Thank you for contacting us.

    This could be due to the file being large that it hits the server limits. What I would suggest is to cut the import file into smaller files or you can try to increase max_execution timer and memory limit of the server in the settings.
