    Hi pennyhuang,

    The fields/columns allowed in the spreadsheet are “Question”, “Answer”, “Categories”, “Tags” and “Post Date”.

    one more question, does import function support multi-language mapping?
    like english q1 answer1 and spanish q1 answer1?

    Hi pennyhuang,

    Import doesn’t support multi-language mapping. You could create translations via plugin such as Loco Translate and for multilingual you’ll have to create different FAQs for different languages and that can be setup with a plugin such as WPML.
