Uploaded files not attached

    Using version 5.0.79 (Paid version)

    Suddenly this weekend, any uploads that have been attached to form submissions 1) do not show any record in the “messages” screen and 2) do not show up as an attachment as the have always previously done. The rest of the content from the other form selections/text boxes do show.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    That sound weird.

    Are you sure has not been installed any new plugin in your WordPress?

    Do you know if the settings of your web server has changed?

    The latest version of the “Calculated Fields Form Pro” is the 5.0.94

    I would need the access to your WordPress to check the issue in detail.
