uploaded image gives broken link

I have made a form with the gravity form plugin which I want to allow bird spotters to post their own spottings in the front end (e.g. location, bird, time, and image).

So from the fields i have choosen the respective fields and created dropdowns and also included the image field.

Now when that is posted all the info comes into table on my page and also with an image icon. However that is broken and the link dont work. If I look in the media library the image is however uploaded.

I am quite a rooky in this so hope anyone can help me.
