Base image you probably don’t need it, is something in the future… coming soon 🙂 It shouldn’t be shown here actually.
1/4, so at least you got one image that was generated. The others ones weren’t because probably your original image is too small. What is the resolution shown below the name of your image in Base Image? What are the sizes of your image sizes set-up in WordPress?

So I’ve uploaded an image that is 800 X 200. That is the only image that I have uploaded and that’s the one that isn’t generating. Is that too small?
So your base image is 800×200. What about your image sizes set-up in WordPress? You have 4 of them. Settings -> Media should at least show 3 of them.
Ok so I went under settings > Media, here are my size:
Thumbnail Size: 150 X 150
Medium Size: 300 X 300
Large Size: 1024 X 1024
Do I need to change one of these sizes?
Retina is twice the size of the normal image. The plugin can’t create retina version for those sizes, multiplied by two that would be much bigger than your 800×200 image.
It seems to me you need somebody to help you with all this, I feel like you don’t know what to do at all. There is no bug on the plugin side at this point so I can’t help but I suggest you to ask help to a friend or hire a developer for a bit.
