Uploaded images grayed out thumbnails

    I’m hoping someone can give me some advice on how to deal with a specific issue. I’m developing a real estate website. I’m using the Easy Property Listings plugin. In order to upload images into the slideshow extension of this plugin, you have to upload the images via the edit property listing page. This is fine, I can upload the images, and they import correctly, with thumbnails showing properly.

    Another team member, however, experiences the grayed out thumbnails when she uploads the images using the same process I do. I’ve logged in using her login credentials and am able to upload images without and issue. It seems the issue is related to her computer. She is using a new PC with Chrome, I use and old tired Mac with both Chrome and Firefox.

    I’ve asked her to flush her browser cache and to try a different computer.

    What could be causing this issue?

    It used to be you had to select the layout gallery to use in that plugin, not sure if it is still a requirement or not.

    Actually i have been in contact with them, but not on this specific issue. They did say that the images have to be uploaded while you’re in the particular property that is being added/edited. However, being that I can upload images without any issues but the other person can’t leads me to believe it is not specific to this plugin.

    it seems that all is resolved now. We think there was a corruption in the wp-postmeta db where auto_increment was missing. I re-added the auto_increment, however, she needed to clear her local cache. Once she did that, she now can upload images and the thumbnails show up.
