Uploaded Name in separate column

Hi – my users are loving this plugin, thank you.

One request has been to include a column with the uploader’s name. I can see in File Upload config there is an ‘append user name’ but this adds the user name to my customdata ‘description’ column. How do I add a separate column with the uploader’s name, generated automatically?
