Hi @hurserc
Message you received in logs may appear when your backup is broken or incomplete.
Check if backup you’ve created is visible in our plugin settings – backup(s) list (on the website where you created it).
That list can display only valid backups and if it’s not there it may mean it’s not restorable.
It can be caused by damaged files included in the backup, commonly from other backup plugins.
Please carefully follow the steps below for each site.
On the site where you made the backup:
- Go to our plugin settings and open “Other options” section
- Enable alternate download method: https://prnt.sc/1slr41w
- Save that section
– No need to make new backup
- Download backup file once again
Now, go to the site where you want to restore your backup:
- Open “Other options” section as well
- Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
- Save that section
- Force both processes to stop: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm
- Try to run the migration again
If that won’t work, please repeat the “force both processes to stop” step.
Once you do that, download your backup and try to upload it manually.
You can upload your backup via FTP, cPanel or our Upload Area.
Let me know if that resolves your issue 🙂
Thank you!
