Uploading edits, or direct editing?

    I have a bunch of FAQ and want to avoid editing each individually. A couple questions:

    1) If I edit a set of downloaded FAQ and then upload, will it create duplicates of existing FAQ (and/or do I simply need to delete the whole set)?

    2) Has anyone successfully edited via an app that connects directly to database? If so, what would you recommend?

    Hi tapeter,

    Please find the answer to your queries below:

    1. Uploading FAQs from a spreadsheet will create new set of FAQs. So, you will have to delete the one that already exists or the one that you want to replace.

    2. As we mentioned in our reply on another post, we haven’t tested the compatibility of FAQ with any third party blog editor, neither we have an in-built feature for one.
