1. Try a different browser.
2. Switch back to the default theme and see if it works.
3. Temporarily deactivate all your plugins and see if it works.
Make sure to clear your browser (and site) cache between steps if used.

No error.
New post -> Click on the image to upload the file -> select file -> And nothing is working from that part.
Can you upload files via the “add new media” tab in the main wp options?

No it is the same part there.
Okay. Then you definitely have a conflict somewhere.
The only way to identify it is to deactivate ALL plugins and switch to twentyeleven theme.
Running with this “bare-bones” configuration… test to see if you can upload.
If you still are not able.. then I would doubt it’s a WP issue. Perhaps the permissions for the upload directory where changed. Or your server is experiencing difficulties.
If my suggestions above don’t work… and you actually follow them… then I’d call your host and see if they can help.

I had some problem whit a theme and i try to see if i fix the problem bay upload the WP-files again. so i write over the Wp iles that i have on the host whit the new one. Can that be the problem?
Absolutely.
Go to your admin panel dashboard.. click on updates… and click the re-install WP.
