Uploading files issue

    Hello

    When i try uploading files iget this

    Warning: move_uploaded_file() [function.move-uploaded-file]: SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid is 3504 is not allowed to access

    I cant change the phpsafemode due to my hostingcompany.
    Is there som other workaround?

    I cant create directorys from WP and store images there..
