Uploading files not possible

    I use Gmedia on several sites, but as I wanted to upload new pictures to one of these sites, I could not find the Ad-files-button that should be on the left-underposition at this page: [https://www.xxx.nl/wp-admin/admin.php?page=GrandMedia_AddMedia]; the start-upload-button is missing also.

    I hope someone can help me and tell me what to do.
    Specs of this site:
    WP 5.8.1
    Gmedia 1.19.6
