Uploading files not working

    Hello,

    I am using Dokan 3.3.5 with Storefront theme on my website.

    I have an issue, as my vendors are unable to upload files to their products (all downloadable and virtual). When “Choose file” is clicked, the hashtag (#) is being added to the current link, the website scrolls up and… nothing else happens.

    I have tried setting folders permissions to 755, files to 644 – it didn’t work. Neither did disabling all other plugins, changing the version of PHP… There is no issue with uploading product’s images, it’s working flawlessly.

    You are my last resort 🙂

    We are not familiar with any such issues. Without checking your site properly it is pretty tough to guess the reason why you are facing this issue.
