Uploading from Another Blog

    I am trying to upload my blog from blogger and everytime I go to do so I recieve the following message.

    Import
    If you have posts or comments in another system, WordPress can import those into this site. To get started, choose a system to import from below:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class WP_Import in /home/f491665/public_html/wp-admin/import/wordpress.php on line 17
