Uploading Images

Quick question as I am still new to this.

I am using the pro version. I understand the users list on the right side of the chat and their image is from their wordpress profile.

I have the chat area set to show their profile image as well but it remains blank. How do I get this to show their profile picture? I have messed with the setting for a while now and cannot find where to do this.
