uploading issue

    Hello,

    I was Unable to upload to the wordpress plug ins in my back office. When I tried to upload the link, this is message I received:

    The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature.

    Please help. Thanks so much!!

    Hello Shawn,

    Sorry, but this is not related to the plugin. You have different issue there which is not caused by Maintenance Mode plugin. Try disabling all plugins first and uploading again. It might be something to do with permissions too thought.

    Thanks Lukas!! I will try that. Although I have no clue as to what I’m doing. Someone created my website and I’m trying to navigate this whole thing. Thanks!
