Uploading profile image crashes wordpress

    Hi guys, I’m currently building a website offline and I’m using your plugin for user management. However, when I attempt to upload a profile image on the front end it causes WordPress to crash.

    1. I click on the button of the default pic to change it.
    2. I click on upload avatar, select image, crop it and click on apply.
    3. This immediately returns the error message “There has been a critical error on this website”
    4. Once I click back to go back to the previous page, the websites start working properly again. The error only occurs when I try to change profile pictures.

    Please what can I do to resolve this issue?

    Can you please share the error from error log? Or you can enable the debug to see the error generated and based on that we can help you solve the issue.

    I think this might be related to another issue where there is a security setting on the server, the fix will be released tomorrow. Please post back if that does not fix your issue.

    Hi,For the pass month every time I upload a photo and sorted in the manager of Nexgen gallery the whole website crashes.Sometimes it comes back in a few hours, but today its sill down the last 12 hours.I cleared my cookies, cache and restarted my iMac.Still get this 403 forbidden message.Need help? thx
