uploading slider with code?

Hi, I know I can upload slide to pages just by copying [slide-anything id=”283″] and paste it to gutenberg editor page.
But what if I want to upload slider to all pages and the location of slide should be outside of <main id=”primary”></main>?
I thought then slider should be uploaded by editing php code.
I made my functions.php so sponsors.php should be called on all pages and algorithm of my sponsor slide should be coded in sponsors.php but I don’t know how to do that 🙁
As pasting [slide-anything id=”283″] this into gutenberg editor allows to upload slide, I thought
<p>[slide-anything id=”283″]</p> code should also work in php file but it didn’t work. Please can you help me?
