I’m trying to upload a list from another newsletter software and although it appears the uploads are working the number of subscribers doesn’t change and I’m unable to add them manually. I want to go for the Business package but I can’t test it works until I have the list imported. Help !

Are you uploading the list via a CSV file? If so, when importing a CSV file, the file needs to follow the correct format. Please see this guide and follow the exact steps to import a file: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/126-importing-subscribers-with-csv-files
