Uploading video to post

I just upgraded to the WP 2.7 and am trying, for the first time, to add video posts to my website, http://www.rappvoice.com. Is there a tutorial on this? I think I got my Flipcam video uploaded, but am having trouble getting it to attach to my post, or embed in my post. I am so new to this that I probably am doing something wrong. Can anyone help an old newspaperman who is trying to cope with new technology here? Also, I would like to see some sites using video clips in posts, as examples of how it looks. Thanks.
