Is something caused by server not MediaPress. I checked your site and I see that it has a redirect from http to https.
Can you please check if normal upload from Web Browser is working or not? Also, Is it happening for video or all kind of uploads?

Uploaded of pictures from iphone works fine. Its videos it wont work. It gives the same answer from a webbrowser?
Please try uploading the video using the WordPress media uploader(Dashboard->media-> Add New.

It is still failing.
Another problem is that you can’t insert videos in the “activity” either even though it’s set to it?

It still wont work. You can’t Puch on the video and its not showing anything. It says the file is not supported even though i have set it to a mov. File in the settings. Those who have testet says that it is Very “messy” to figure out.
Please help i just want it to work.

I am sorry but If the upload is not working from the Dashboard media tab, There is very little that I can do.
If you are on multisite, It might happen if the file type(extension) is not in the list of allowed file types in Network Admin->Settings->Network Settings page.
If you are not on multisite, Please ask the web hosting provider for the support, they will be in a better position to assist.
PS: what did they say was messy? I am not sure what they referred to but if the normal WordPress uploader is not working and you are not restricted due to multisite policies, It will be a server side policy/restriction.

I am really struggling with this. I really want it to work. Its still shows the type of file is not allowed.
!. it still shows the issue of this “http FAIL” when you upload from Iphone.
What do you mean with multi site?
What type of files does the mobile from an iPhone use?

It has no issue uploading photos on the Wall or in the gallery. Its only video it fails on :/
