uploads and log in fail

I wanted to upload some pictures for a client gallery. Didn’t work – http-error.
okay, I thought about updating the plugins. Didn’t work,all failed.

Now I can’t sign even in on my site!

If I try to log in, an Error-Site shows up.

I didn’t change anything,so what’s the problem? 🙁
