Uploads Fail To Work

So I’ve checked to make sure Network Admin > Settings has a value

I’ve gone into the site settings for the specific word press on the network admin and I tried setting the values in Network > Site Settings > Site Name

I tried adding something to upload_path to see if that was the issue, no luck, made sure theres a upload value, it shows I can upload up to 2 gigs but every time i upload something i get “Your maximum upload file size has not been set yet, or you are not allowed to upload files.”

So why is it telling me im not allowed to upload files, they work on the main network site, but any of the subsites refuse to work.

upload_files is set to on in the specific site settings

upload_max_file_size is set to a big number

I’ve tried setting the upload path and upload URL

NOTHING seems to work to allow multi site, subsites to upload files
