uploads folder (smaller bug)

Hi Brad,

thanks for your useful plugin. Before I started editing my hosts file, which is a lil bit easier, I used to run your plugin every morning.

Anyhow. I was just migrating one of my wp´s and just realized that you fire an error message if the uploads folder is not there. Actually this was a super fresh wp install, so i still didnt have a uploads folder. Your plugin fired the permissions error for the uploads folder.

As soon as I created the uploads folder, I was fine again. Just wanted to tell you this, I dont think it happens often, as usually people do have the uplaods folder in place.
