Uploads Panel gives 404s

    Hello, a while back I had some difficulty in getting k2 theme to use a header image. I finally got it working, but I just noticed that my Manage>Upload panel has 404s. Giving errors like “No such file or directory” for three items. I’ve chmod 777 my upload folder but strangely the upload folder seems to belong to group 99 and user 99. The upload folder is empty now so my question is:

    What can I do to clear these nonexistent upload entries from WordPress?

    Would it help if I provided a screenshot?
    Am I the first to experience this? I feel special now.

    Quick update:

    The error was “error on line 8, can’t find file something.gif” I solved the problem by uploading files that matched that name to the upload folder. Then, I was able to delete the uploaded files from WP’s dashboard.

    Glad that’s over.
