upprev not working

I have tried turning off all plugins but to no avail. Around 3-4 days back it was working fine. Can you check why is this happening here?

You have at least two errors witch breaks “javascript”:

tie-scripts.js?ver=3.7.1:1
Uncaught TypeError: Object [object Object] has no method 'prettyPhoto' 

gprofiles.js?ver=2013Novaa:2
Uncaught TypeError: Object [object Object] has no method 'on'

First repairthis errors or disable plugins.
